Ready in less than an hour (after marinating), this no-fuss recipe features an irresistible sauce honey-garlic-and-ginger sauce that pairs well with steamed rice.<\/p>\n<p>Smells tantalizing while it\u2019s cooking and is easy to clean up thanks to the foil-lined pan! Great for weeknights and special occasions alike, this recipe serves makes four servings.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>2 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pittmandavis.com\/sunburst-tangerines\/p\/sunbursttangerines\/\">Pittman &amp; Davis Sunburst Tangerines<\/a><\/li>\n<li>2 chicken breast halves (about 2 \u00be lbs.) or chicken legs<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc c. soy sauce<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc c. honey<\/li>\n<li>2 tsp. garlic, minced<\/li>\n<li>2 tsp. fresh ginger, grated<\/li>\n<li>1\u00bd tsp. toasted sesame oil<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc tsp. ground cinnamon<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc tsp. fresh ground pepper<\/li>\n<li>Sesame seeds, for garnish<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Remove peel from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pittmandavis.com\/sunburst-tangerines\/p\/sunbursttangerines\/\">tangerines<\/a> and chop fine. Juice flesh of tangerines.<\/li>\n<li>Whisk together chopped peel, \u00be cup tangerine juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, cinnamon and pepper in a medium-sized bowl until well-blended and honey is dissolved. Pour into a plastic sealable food storage bag.<\/li>\n<li>Remove rib portions from chicken breast halves and place in bag with marinade. Marinate in refrigerator at least four hours or overnight, turning occasionally to coat all sides of the chicken.<\/li>\n<li>Preheat oven to 375\u00b0 Line a shallow roasting pan with foil and spray with cooking spray. Transfer chicken to roasting pan, reserving marinade.<\/li>\n<li>Bring marinade to a boil in a small saucepan and simmer on medium-high heat until thickened (about ten minutes).<\/li>\n<li>Brush chicken halves with marinade and roast 45 minutes, basting occasionally, until chicken is just barely pink at thickest part.
