Share this sweet treat with your family and friends!<\/p>\n<p>The candied orange rind is made form navel oranges and boiled until translucent vibrant color. It is then dusted with sweet sugar.<\/p>\n<h2>How to make Candied Orange Rind Bars<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 Cups Light Brown Sugar<\/li>\n<li>4 Eggs beaten<\/li>\n<li>2 Cups of flour (use 1\/2 cup to dip orange rinds in)<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 Tsp baking soda (dissolved in 2 Tbs water)<\/li>\n<li>1 Tsp Vanilla<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 Cup Pecans, finely chopped<\/li>\n<li>1 Cup Candied Orange Rinds, chopped<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Directions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Mix thoroughly, spread thin in greased 9 1\/2 x 13 pan.<\/li>\n<li>Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.
