Tastes (and smells) amazing!<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1\u00bd lbs. thin-sliced pork chops (about 8-10)<\/li>\n<li>3 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pittmandavis.com\/pears\/c\/ft_1001_4\/\">Pittman &amp; Davis pears<\/a>, peeled and diced<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cup brown sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 Tbsp. plus \u00bd tsp. chili powder<\/li>\n<li>1\u00bd tsp. cinnamon, divided<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp. garlic powder<\/li>\n<li>Salt and pepper to taste<\/li>\n<li>\u2153 cup apple cider vinegar<\/li>\n<li>1 Tbsp. water<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup brown sugar<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsp. ground ginger<\/li>\n<li>Kosher salt to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Mix together brown sugar, 1 tablespoon chili powder, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Thoroughly coat each chop and allow to stand at at room temperature before grilling (about 20 minutes). Grill over medium heat until done, turning once. Remove chops from heat and allow to sit 5 minutes before cutting into the meat.<\/li>\n<li>Combine pears, vinegar, water, ground ginger, kosher salt and remaining chili powder and cinnamon in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until pears are softened and coated with the sauce.<\/li>\n<li>Spoon pear chutney over the chops and serve.
