Once you taste this glazed ham, it will become your \u201cgo-to\u201d recipe for holidays or anytime!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>7-9 lbs. bone-in ham, fully cooked<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup Rio Ruby\u2122 Red Grapefruit juice<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup orange juice<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cup molasses<\/li>\n<li>3 Tbsp. honey<\/li>\n<li>1 Tbsp. brown sugar, packed<\/li>\n<li>1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard<\/li>\n<li>3 tsp. coarsely ground pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 325\u00b0F. Place ham on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Using a sharp knife, score surface of ham with \u00bc-in.-deep cuts in a diamond pattern. Cover and bake until a thermometer reads 130\u00b0F (about 1\u00be \u20132\u00bc hours).<\/li>\n<li>Combine grapefruit and orange juices in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil; cook until liquid is reduced by half (6-8 minutes). Stir in remaining ingredients; return to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, until thickened (12-15 minutes).<\/li>\n<li>Remove ham from oven. Brush with <strong>\u2153<\/strong> cup glaze.
