No soy sauce here\u2026this delicious, heart-healthy and impressive dish satisfies the taste buds and fits with many dietary restrictions.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>4 salmon fillets (4 oz. each)<br \/>\n\u00bc c. juice from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pittmandavis.com\/ruby-red-grapefruit\/p\/rubyredgrapefruit\/\">Pittman &amp; Davis Ruby Red Grapefruit<\/a><br \/>\n2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar<br \/>\n2 Tbsp. maple syrup<br \/>\n2 garlic cloves, minced<br \/>\n2 tsp. olive oil<br \/>\n\u00bc tsp. salt<br \/>\n\u00bc tsp. pepper<br \/>\nFresh thyme sprigs<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Bring the grapefruit juice, vinegar, syrup and garlic to a boil in a small saucepan; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes. Transfer 2 tablespoons to small bowl; add oil. Set remaining glaze aside.<\/p>\n<p>Using long-handled tongs, moisten a paper towel with cooking oil and lightly coat a grill rack. Sprinkle salmon fillets with salt and pepper, place skin side down on grill rack and grill, covered, over medium heat or broil 4-6 inches from heat until fish flakes easily with a fork (10-12 minutes). Baste occasionally glaze.
