Fragrant and juicy-sweet, this is a great way to use up an abundance of fruit. The mint adds freshness to the flavor, or substitute cinnamon for a more \u201cfall\/holiday\u201d taste. You can also use honey or maple syrup in place of the sugar.<\/p>\n<h3>Ingredients:<\/h3>\n<p>2 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pittmandavis.com\/ruby-red-grapefruit\/p\/rubyredgrapefruit\/\">Pittman &amp; Davis Rio Ruby\u2122 Red Grapefruit<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u00bc c. brown sugar<\/p>\n<p>Fresh mint, finely chopped<\/p>\n<h3>Directions:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Preheat oven to 400\u00b0 Cut grapefruits in half and discard any large seeds. To loosen sections, cut between flesh and membrane with small paring knife. Place grapefruit halves in a baking dish, cut-side-up. Sprinkle each half with 1 tablespoon of brown sugar.<\/li>\n<li>Transfer baking dish to oven and bake 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool 2-3 minutes.
