Fresh orange juice and zest give this sweet-and-savory dish holiday flair that will be a hit with the whole family.<\/p>\n<h3>Ingredients:<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pittmandavis.com\/navel-oranges\/p\/naveloranges\/\">1 Pittman &amp; Davis Navel Orange<\/a>, juiced and zested<\/p>\n<p>2 lbs. sweet potatoes<\/p>\n<p>1 Tbsp. olive oil<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp. fresh thyme, chopped<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd tsp. cinnamon<\/p>\n<p>\u00be tsp. sea salt, divided<\/p>\n<p>\u215b tsp. ground black pepper<\/p>\n<h3>Directions:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Heat oven to 425\u00b0 Lightly grease a large, rimmed baking sheet with olive oil.<\/li>\n<li>Trim the ends off sweet potatoes and cut each potato into evenly sized cubes. Place in a large bowl and add zest, juice, oil, thyme, cinnamon, \u00bd teaspoon of the salt and pepper. Stir to coat potatoes well.<\/li>\n<li>Using a slotted spoon, transfer potatoes to baking sheet, discarding excess juice. Spread potatoes in a single layer.<\/li>\n<li>Bake 15 minutes.
