Sparkling with sugar, these easy, citrus-y cookies are perfect for the holidays or anytime.<\/p>\n<h3>Ingredients:<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pittmandavis.com\/clementines\/p\/bcl\/\">1 or 2 Pittman &amp; Davis Clementines<\/a>, juiced and zested<\/p>\n<p>2\u00be c. all-purpose flour<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp. baking soda<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd tsp. baking powder<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd tsp. salt<\/p>\n<p>1\u00bd c. granulated sugar + more for rolling<\/p>\n<p>1 c. unsalted butter, softened<\/p>\n<p>1 large egg<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd tsp. teaspoon orange extract<\/p>\n<h3>Directions:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Preheat oven to 350\u00b0 Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.<\/li>\n<li>In a medium bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.<\/li>\n<li>In a large mixing bowl, beat butter and sugar together with paddle attachment until smooth and creamy. Mix in egg, orange extract, zest, and juice until well combined. Gradually stir in flour mixture until well combined.<\/li>\n<li>Roll dough into 1-inch balls, then roll in granulated sugar. Place on baking sheet about 1\u00bd inches apart. Bake until cookies lightly browned around edges (about 8-10 minutes).
