Rich, tangy, and sweet, fresh Sumo slices, juice and zest add a citrusy kick to homemade vinaigrette and creamy, buttery burrata for a salad that\u2019s out of this world.<\/p>\n<h3>Ingredients:<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pittmandavis.com\/sumo-citrus\/p\/sumocitrus\/\">3 Pittman &amp; Davis Sumo Citrus\u00ae<\/a>, peeled and cut into \u00bd&#8221; slices<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd Tsp. Pittman &amp; Davis Sumo Citrus\u00ae zest<\/p>\n<p>2 Tbsp. Pittman &amp; Davis Sumo Citrus\u00ae juice<\/p>\n<p>2 Tbsp. white balsamic vinegar<\/p>\n<p>1\u00bd tsp. maple syrup<\/p>\n<p>\u2153 c. Gustare Vita olive oil<\/p>\n<p>4\u00bd c. arugula, divided<\/p>\n<p>4 oz. radicchio leaves, torn into bite-size pieces<\/p>\n<p>\u00bc c. red onion, sliced<\/p>\n<p>3 Tbsp. roasted and salted shelled pistachios<\/p>\n<p>8-oz. container burrata cheese, drained<\/p>\n<p>Mediterranean sea salt, to taste<\/p>\n<p>Black pepper, to taste<\/p>\n<p>Fresh mint leaves, for garnish<\/p>\n<h3>Directions:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Make the vinaigrette, combine balsamic vinegar, Sumo Citrus\u00ae zest and juice, and maple syrup. Slowly whisk in olive oil; set aside.<\/li>\n<li>Line a large serving platter with 4\u00bc cups arugula. Arrange Sumo Citrus\u00ae slices on top; tuck in pieces of radicchio. Sprinkle with remaining \u00bc cup arugula, sliced onions, and pistachios; place burrata on top.<\/li>\n<li>Drizzle salad with vinaigrette. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
