This rich and dreamy recipe requires only one bowl to prepare and no mixer, so it\u2019s easy to prepare, yet decadent enough for a company dessert or afternoon tea.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 c. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pittmandavis.com\/bing-cherries\/p\/bingcherries\/\">Pittman &amp; Davis Bing Cherries<\/a>, pitted<\/li>\n<li>1 c. light brown sugar, packed<\/li>\n<li>1 large egg<\/li>\n<li>2 tsp. vanilla extract<\/li>\n<li>1 c. all-purpose flour<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc tsp. salt<\/li>\n<li>\u00be c. semi-sweet chocolate chips<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 350\u00b0<\/li>\n<li>Heat butter in a medium, microwave-safe bowl in microwave until melted (about 60 seconds). Add brown sugar; stir to combine. Add egg and vanilla; stir to combine.<\/li>\n<li>Add flour and salt; stir until just combined (do not overmix).<\/li>\n<li>Fold in chocolate chips and cherries.<\/li>\n<li>Pour batter into an 8&#8243;x 8&#8243; pan lined with aluminum foil and greased with cooking spray. Smooth until batter is even.<\/li>\n<li>Bake until middle is set and edges pull slightly away from sides of pan (about 30 minutes).<\/li>\n<li>Remove pan from oven and cool for one hour.
