Add your favorite brand of tequila or vodka for a grownup cocktail or leave it out to create \u201cmocktails\u201d the whole family can enjoy. Serves 4.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>10 Pittman &amp; Davis <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pittmandavis.com\/mandarins\/c\/ft_1001_13\/\">Gold Nugget Mandarins or Honey Mandarins<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Fresh mint leaves<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc c. lime juice<\/li>\n<li>1\u00bd c. club soda or sparkling water<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd c. vodka or tequila or vodka (optional)<\/li>\n<li>Ice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Chill four glasses in the freezer (at least 30 minutes; for a frosted effect, chill for 60 minutes minimum).<\/li>\n<li>Juice 8 of the mandarins (should yield about 2 cups of juice). Thoroughly chill juice in the refrigerator. Peel and segment the remaining mandarins and set aside.<\/li>\n<li>Add a few mint leaves at the bottom of each glass.
