Easy to prepare and ready in just half an hour, you\u2019ll never want to bother with takeout again!<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>2 Pittman &amp; Davis Mandarins, juiced<\/li>\n<li>1\u00bd lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts, diced into 2&#8243; cubes<\/li>\n<li>\u00be c. cornstarch<\/li>\n<li>2 tsp. fresh ginger, chopped fine*<\/li>\n<li>1 Tbsp. garlic, minced<\/li>\n<li>3-4 Tbsp. dark brown sugar<\/li>\n<li>5\u00bd Tbsp. soy sauce<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd Tbsp. oyster sauce<\/li>\n<li>3-4 Tbsp. sesame oil<\/li>\n<li>2 dried red chilis (optional)<\/li>\n<li>Sliced green onions and sesame seeds, for garnish<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>*\u00bd tsp. ground ginger may be used in place of fresh ginger.<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>In a large bowl, toss chicken with cornstarch until well coated.<\/li>\n<li>In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together ginger, garlic, brown sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce and juice until well combined. Set it aside.<\/li>\n<li>Heat oil in a wok or large pan on high over medium-high heat. Shake excess cornstarch from chicken and fry until crispy and golden (about 2-3 minutes) on all sides.<\/li>\n<li>Add sauce and dried chilis (if using) to pan. Stir until chicken is completely coated and sauce thickens.
