Peel and segment the Honeybell Oranges and set aside.<\/p>\n<p>Prepare a double boiler with water and heat over medium to medium-low heat. Melt dark chocolate chips slowly, and stir occasionally. Once melted, add vegetable oil and stir to combine. (Note: Do Not allow the water to boil, or the melted chocolate will re-solidify.)<\/p>\n<p>Using tongs, dip the orange slices \u00be of the way into the melted chocolate and place on the lined cookie sheet.
