Choose either our Smoked Peppered Boneless Ham or our Smoked Boneless Turkey Breast. They each come with foods that complement the meat perfectly, including King Comice Pears, Fuji Crisp Apples, our special imported Havarti Cheese, award-winning Sierra Nevada Stout Mustard, and Roasted and Salted almonds.

Each ham or turkey breast is hickory-smoked the old-fashioned way for ten to eighteen hours and tastes incredible combined with our creamy, imported Havarti Cheese. What a delight and so easy to serve!
