Lemonade is easy to make and always a refreshing treat. The tropical flavors of Pittman & Davis mangoes add a touch of sweetness to this popular drink. - 2 cups Pittman & Davis mango, peeled and chopped
- ½ cup lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- ¾ cup sugar (or honey)
- 2 cups water (divided)
- fresh mint leaves (optional)
- Dissolve sugar (or honey) into 1 cup water. Add chopped mango and the sugar/water mixture to blender and blend until smooth. Add lemon and lime juices and pulse to combine. Add more water if needed to reach desired consistency. Serve in tall glasses over ice with mint leaves as garnish if desired. Enjoy!
