Satisfyingly sweet yet healthy and light, these refreshing mini trifles are a delicious combination of yogurt with fresh sweet oranges. A great dessert for when you’re expecting company – make them ahead and leave in the fridge until ready to be enjoyed!
1 c. Greek yogurt
½ c. condensed milk
1 Pittman & Davis Orange, juiced and zested
- Combine yogurt, milk, zest and juice in a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least two hours or until mixture reaches a thick and creamy consistency.
- Zest remaining oranges. Remove peels and pith, then slice.
- Spoon yogurt mixture into bowls. Top with supremed orange slices and a dollop of yogurt. Sprinkle with zest and serve.
