1, 4-pound, Fully Cooked Smoked Boneless Ham
1/2 Cup Honey
2 Tbs Dijon Mustard
1/4 tsp Ground Cloves
2 Medium Honey Mandarin Oranges, peeled, sliced, seeded, and skinned.
1/2 Cup Mandarin Orange Juice


Preheat oven to 325ºF. Trim any excess skin from ham. Score the ham surface by cutting 1/8-inch deep diagonal lines across the ham to make a cross-hatch pattern. Place ham in a foil-lined roasting pan.

In a medium mixing bowl add honey, mustard, ground cloves, and stir well. Add the Mandarin sections and mandarin juice, and gently stir to combine. Pour the orange glaze mixture over the ham and bake for 1 hour. Baste with pan juices every 15 minutes.

Remove from oven and allow the ham to rest for 15 minutes before slicing. Serve with juice and mandarins from pan and enjoy.


Serve wih potato salad and crusty bread for a complete meal.
Try over oven-roasted pork chops by adding the mandarin glaze half-way through cooking.If fresh mandarins are unavailable, substitute one 11-ounce can of mandarins in syrup for the fresh oranges and juice.
