Pittman & Davis Recipe: Cherry Blossom Cocktail

This Asian-inspired summer cocktail is fruity, tart and a gorgeous color reminiscent of cherry blossoms. Even better is the cherry flavor, which pairs well with the lime juice. A perfect drink for hot weather!


4 Pittman & Davis Bing Cherries, stemmed and pitted
¼ c. sake
3 Tbsp. tart cherry juice
1 Tbsp. lime juice
1 Tbsp. grenadine
½ tsp. cherry-flavored bitters
Fresh mint leaves


Muddle the cherries with the grenadine syrup in a cocktail shaker. Fill shaker about two-thirds full of ice. Add sake, cherry juice, lime juice, grenadine and bitters. Place lid on shaker; shake until well combined and chilled (about 30 seconds). Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with fresh cherries and mint leaves. Serve immediately.
