Is there anything more scrumptious than fresh, juicy pineapple? Here’s a way to enjoy it as a special summer dessert! Slightly caramelized from the skillet and sweetened with honey, this all-natural treat is sure to add a special finish to any meal. Add whipped cream or ice cream for an extra-special touch!


½ Pittman & Davis Paradise Pineapple

1 Tbsp. butter

2 Tbsp. honey

½ tsp. ground cinnamon

⅛ tsp. salt


  • Cut pineapple into small, bite-sized pieces (check out this article for how to do this easily).
  • Stir together butter, honey, cinnamon, and salt in a large skillet and heat over medium-high heat. Add pineapple pieces and fry 2-3 minutes each side, then remove from heat.
  • Enjoy alone or topped with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
