½ Pittman & Davis Paradise Pineapple
1 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. honey
½ tsp. ground cinnamon
⅛ tsp. salt
- Cut pineapple into small, bite-sized pieces (check out this article for how to do this easily).
- Stir together butter, honey, cinnamon, and salt in a large skillet and heat over medium-high heat. Add pineapple pieces and fry 2-3 minutes each side, then remove from heat.
