Honey Ham with Mandarin Oranges

Pittman & Davis

Pittman & Davis’s own Smoked Peppered Boneless Ham doesn’t really need any help when it comes to flavor, but if you want to add a citrusy glaze for the holidays, here’s how to prepare it! This ham comes pre-cooked, trimmed and scored, so prep is as easy as can be. Swap out the canned mandarins for our fresh ones with orange juice in place of the syrup!

Ingredients:

4-lb. Pittman & Davis Smoked Peppered Boneless Ham

½ c. honey

2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

¼ tsp. ground cloves

Mandarin oranges in light syrup

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325° Transfer ham to a foil-lined roasting pan.
  2. Whisk together honey, mustard and cloves. Brush mixture over ham. Pour mandarin oranges with syrup over ham.
  3. Bake 1 hour (14 minutes per pound), basting every 15 minutes with pan juices.
  4. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes before slicing into thin slices.
