This Georgia Peach Cocktail is easy to make whether you need two for a friendly toast, or a pitcher to welcome guests with a cool glass of southern hospitality. Crisp, fresh peaches blend with peach schnapps and Irish whiskey to make a cocktail worth savoring.
To make one serving:
1 thin-sliced lemon round
2 fresh Mint Sprigs
2 Ounces Peach Schnapps
2.5 Ounces of Irish Whiskey
4 Ounces Lemonade
Fill a tall glass with alternating layers of ice cubes and peach slices. Place lemon slice between ice and glass at the glass top.
In a cocktail shaker add schnapps and the leaves from one of the mint sprigs, and muddle to crush the mint. Fill with ice then add the whiskey and lemonade. Shake well for 10 seconds, then strain into the prepared glass. Garnish with the remaining mint sprig and enjoy responsibly.
Easily convert ounces to cups to make a large batch.
